Booking Terms & Conditions

About these Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how appointments are booked and paid for, our cancellation policy, and important information about your treatment.

Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment with Baseline Recovery.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Bookings & Payment

All appointments must be paid for in advance.

Once an appointment time has been agreed, you will receive payment instructions and a copy of these terms and conditions. The appointment will be provisionally held for 24 hours from the time the booking details are sent.

The booking confirmation form and full payment must be received within this period to secure the appointment. If both are not received within 24 hours, the appointment may be released and made available to another client.

Your appointment will be confirmed once full payment has been received and you have accepted these terms.

2. Cancellations & Rearranging Appointments

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, you may rearrange your appointment or receive a full refund.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend, Baseline Recovery may retain an amount reflecting the reasonable losses directly caused by the cancellation, where permitted by law. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

If Baseline Recovery cancels your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. Health & Suitability for Treatment

Your health and safety are important.

Please contact Baseline Recovery before attending if you:

  • Are feeling unwell, have a fever or a contagious illness.
  • Have a new or unexplained injury, pain, swelling or inflammation.
  • Have recently undergone surgery.
  • Have been advised by a healthcare professional to avoid massage.
  • Have a medical condition or are receiving treatment that may affect whether sports massage is appropriate.

This list is not exhaustive. If you're unsure whether something may affect your treatment, please get in touch before your appointment.

A full health consultation will take place at your first appointment.

Treatment may need to be adapted, postponed or declined if it is not considered appropriate or safe. If treatment cannot proceed following your consultation, payment for treatment not provided will be refunded.

4. Consultation & Consent

All treatments are subject to a health consultation and informed consent.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your treatment before it begins.

You may request adjustments or withdraw your consent at any point during treatment.

5. Arriving for Your Appointment

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and take a seat in the café area at Wrexham Tennis & Padel Centre. I will come and meet you when it's time for your treatment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments. The full appointment fee may still apply.

6. Privacy & Personal Information

Baseline Recovery collects and processes personal information, including relevant health information, to manage appointments, assess treatment suitability and maintain appropriate client records.

Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
